摘  要: A set of m positive integers {a1,a2,...,am} is called a Diophantine m-tuple if aiaj +1 is a perfect square for all 1 ≤ i < j ≤ m. A folklore conjecture concerning Diophantine m-tuples states that no Diophantine quintuple exists. In this talk we introduce the progress in the study of diophantine quintuple conjecture of the weaker and stronger versions.

报告人简介：何波，男，1978年生，副研究员，阿坝师范500彩票应用数学研究所所长，主持国家自然科学基金1项，四川省高校科研团队1个. 主要从事代数数论及其应用的研究. 在Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. , Acta Arith., J. Number Theory.，Glasgow Math. J.，Indag. Math.等国内外杂志发表论文40余篇.
